There are 2 issues about the augmentation. The first consideration is about the condition of the previous breasts. Some people have many membranes after the surgery and solid malformation. In this case, apart from putting new ones in, we need to take out the membranes, which is called Capsulectomy. That means the membranes must be taken out, let them become soft, and then we put the new ones in. Secondly, we must assess how flexible our skin is. Some people who have had the breast augmentation for some time, when the breasts enlarge, there is much area. Therefore, in changing the size or upsizing, we can do it with no problem. So, we need to check first. Normally, I do not suggest for big breasts because if they are too big, there might be some problems in the future, though they look beautiful and firm at first. Firstly, the heavy weight will weigh down our breasts and they will become more sagging. Secondly, if we make the breasts too big, the body will build membranes to strap them, which will become solid malformation in the future. The correction will be more difficult than the first time. I need to check your structure and problems thoroughly. Then, I can tell you whether you can upsize or change to which size.

First, I would like to introduce myself. Hello. My name is Min. I am from Chiang Mai, aged 21 years old. I have to tell everyone who reads this that in my life, I never thought about having surgery because I liked the face that I got from my parents since I was born.
